Horrible service second time in last few weeks I was told a prescription was ready to pick up. First time waited through drive up took one hour only to be told the prescription was not available. Second time different prescription received message to pick up waited behind one car in drive up for 30 minutes only to be told prescription not available. I asked if I could wait until it was straightened out and they refused. I was there less than 2 minutes, but unlike the person in front of me who took 30 minutes I was refused the courtesy to wait. Talked to the vet 5 minutes later who said it was resolved to pick up !! Really I couldn’t have waited at the window. Ridiculous
