I did mobile order yesterday an on the app it says wait time 5mins but it took so long me &my kids had to go inside to restroom so I ended up picking food up inside. Apparently they brought food out while we were in restroom. The order was correct surprisingly but they do need to do better with mobile & curbside orders, u feel like the wait time could definitely be better!

Service was super slow. I didn’t get a greeting at the window. I was just handed a drink through the window. Nothing about sorry for your 15 minute wait for a burger and fries. Just unpleasant as it has been pretty much across all McDonald’s. Customer service has declined
