First, we left an order for a Scooby Doo [looking like] Double douzie pizza cookie on Friday May 22nd. When we came to pick it up on May 25th; THEY HAD LOST THE ORDER, no record;. Had to RE-ORDER and wait a whole HOUR for them to sloppily make it [see picture].Second, when ordering for the second time we had difficulty understanding the attendant on could they or couldn’t they make the cookie as precious ordered due to bad English.If possible go to the willow bend location for good service.
