I’m never going back in this store again. A year ago, at the beginning of the plandemic, super great staff and nothing but the best people. Recently, I was looking for a tie to wear to my daughter’s wedding, and believe it or not, they don’t have any. Seriously, I have more ties in my closet. Its men’s warehouse. I can live with inventory issues, I get it, but my wife and I have never been treated so rudely anywhere, ever. Pack it up guys, if that’s the best you got, Waco doesn’t need you. Maybe you can target a few elite people online and give the space to suit city or a new restaurant.

I came I to Men’s warehouse to get a tux and they did a great job…. There was a technical issue with availability and sizes and styles and Xavier and Sarah did a great job handling it. I’d recommend anyone needed a suit or Tix to go see them.

Be aware of a few things about this store.1. During Prom season the wait can be up to an hour on weekends. This is the only reputable rental place from Austin to Dallas meaning they do hundreds of rentals every week.2. If you are a Bride or Groom selecting styles for yourself or groomsmen you have to make an appointment. You get an hour time slot to yourself if you do, and during prom season they will not help you if you don’t.3. There is a cutoff time to get helped. Call ahead and see how busy it is to make sure you aren’t wasting time. The Managers Robert and Edwin have been there for a long time they are super nice and know what they are doing.4. The place across the street Jos A Bank which sold high end clothes and also did rentals has closed with COVID, meaning most of their business is now at MW and there is one less tailor in town.I usually shop online from March to June if I need anything but still have to get it tailored here. Pickups usually get to jump the line so make sure you tell them if you are there for a pickup or alterations.
