You know, at first try this seems like a great Lowe’s. They had the exact product we wanted and had it is stock. The instore customer service was good, but the installation process and actual procedure was H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E!! They partner with a company called Install Partners for all their installation work. They need a new source. We are STILL trying to get everything fixed that they broke, ruined, and tore up.
