I had granite countertops installed in my kitchen along with the backsplash about two years ago and have not been happy since. The granite has a lot of pits in it and the carpetland salesman said that was normal, I’m sure it’s not. The backsplash was installed and cut to go around power outlets which we could have moved up if we had been asked to. I wasn’t home when the backsplash was installed so I had no input in it. They also dinged up several walls and again was told that’s normal. I did not push the issue since I was already told that the granite pitting was normal. I was going to go over there and talk to management, but Covid struck and didn’t get to. I live about 45 – 60 minutes from the store. Every time I go in my kitchen I am disappointed in the work they did. I’m sure after two years they will probably do nothing about it. I have learned my lesson!
