Not bad has improved over the years I love the cheektowaga Thruway plaza location the manager Chris Braden is amazing! Phenomenal customer service skills and never ceases to amaze me by going above and beyond for customers. With this pandemic and many seniors and marginalized groups being isolated when they shop they may talk a little more or require extra attention and he gives it to them every time

I use the customer service center here because they are fast! I also like the bakery department. Can always find what I need for birthday cakes. Love the 10 for $10 deals and can earn gas points even though this location doesn’t offer gas.

Shelves are full, most produce is nice. Some could be fresher. Staff however is very kind and helpful. That’s important.
