I would give them ZERO stars if possible. The staff has zero product knowledge! I’ve been to the store a couple of times for assistance with a smartwatch and they sent me to the Fossil store next door. I had previously been in for a watch battery……same thing they sent me to the Fossil store. Kendall and her group of associates have no idea what customer service is, or how to assist people with a product that isn’t working properly. I won’t be shopping at this store every again…take your money elsewhere because they aren’t going to be any help. There are several better brands in the mall, so go to those stores instead. Oh and don’t forget to visit the Fossil store and the incredible staff there. Every visit to Fossil has been amazing, they are very knowledgeable and know how to treat customers.

People watch out last valentine’s day people are watching and when I left the mall someone followed me for a few hours once I left my truck they popped the key hole and u will not even notice it has been broken into. So watch for those guys a 4 door grey sedan with 2 Hispanic males. Stay vigilant and the cops say they wouldn’t even come out to investigate even though it was 1000 dollars of merchandise.
