Went into the store when it first opened, the nice gentleman (manager) helped me transfer one phone to another with no charge to me. Just went back because of the great experience I had the first time around but now the man working this time wanted to charge me 35.00 to transfer phone to phone. Really ! This is because not a single person was in the store at the time and another employee outside standing around….he referred me to another location if I didn’t want to be charged the 35.00. And all this time he never got up from his chair or stopped looking at his phone that he had in his hands. What a shame it probably would had taken him all of 5 minutes to do this for me……..

I went into this store today with my phone that had just broke on me yesterday… I couldn’t do anything with my phone … And I thought for sure that I would have to go buy a new one… I was headed inside the Wal Mart when I saw the Verizon store… I go in talk to a man and tell him what happened…. And I don’t know what he did but before I knew it this super man had my phone on and working… He’s like the most amazing man on the face of the planet to me right now… He saved my phone and made my day… I will definitely keep going back to this store for everything… Thanks again to the Rock Star who saved the day
