Walked in store and handed associate my Cricket cell phone and requested a protective case and screen protector for it. Associate verified model, located case and screen protector, I said ring it up. Rang up cash sale. Requested associate to install screen protector, which they happily obliged. Then the associate went to out on phone case and realized they had rang up wrong one. And there are none to be had in the store. Oh, and sorry, no refunds on accessories. I’m out $30 on a phone case they said fit my phone, and refuse to refund when they admitted to have made the mistake. Spoke with manager, she said the best they could do would be to have them order an Amazon replacement and they keep the $30 one. Nope. Take all your money and phone service needs elsewhere.

Great customer service here! The young lady who helped my son with his phone was very helpful and went out of her way to make us satisfied. You don’t find this kind of service these days but she was great! I can’t think of her name, it was kind of unique. Nevertheless, she was awesome!!
