The hidden treasure of New Paltz! Beautiful units, grounds, pool, laundry facilities… and a great place to walk your dog! (It is one of the only pet friendly facilities in the region!) I have had a very positive experience since moving here. The lovely environment is a relaxing one where you can take a leisurely walk with your dogs, which is a plus. The area is close to stores, restaurants and other services.Tracy, the Office Manager is a gem, and has been courteous whenever I had to call. She has the people skills that put others at ease and addresses their concerns.Any minor issues I had were handled in a timely, professional manner by Bryan the Maintenance Manager and Rob. It is truly a pleasure dealing with such a nice team!

New Paltz Gardens is home! I am so happy to be at a place where I can feel safe and comfortable. Tracy is so very helpful and prompt whenever you call the office, and Bryan, the Head Maintenance person, is very professional and makes sure any work needed is done quickly and well. They are a great team!
