So on May the 3rd I purchased a genuine diamond cocktail ring on the JCPENNEY website. Delivery came in on May 5 and to my surprise not the ring I ordered and payed for. So I called the customer service number and spoke to a supervisor and I began to explain to her what had happened and she looked into the location JCPenney in my city and it showed 2 rings of which I ordered, well apparently they showed them in stock but not physically there. I was so upset. Wow!!! So they refunded my money back. Not happy. My son then had them try card and they didn’t even refund my shipping freight. They made the mistake not me. Because of this I will never purchase anything through the JCPENNEY website. I will not refer anyone to purchase there.
