Wow. I’ve been meaning to go there for years, finally did so today. Bought a great looking FEDORA. They sell more than just cowboy hats. The whole left front quarter of the store is non-cowboy hats. They carry all of the hatco brands, Dobbs, Stetson, Resistol, Wrangler, Charlie Horse, etc. They have hats in wool, leather, straw, cloth, beaver, etc. All at great prices and custom shape for free.My Fedora is made of fur felt, online at Hats Unlimited for $169.99, I paid $65 for it at the Outlet store. I saw a 20X hat for $199. Wool Fedoras $25, and entry level real cowboy hats for around the same price.Definitely worth the drive if you’re looking for a quality hat at great prices.

They were extremely rude to my brother.He can’t wear a mask due to health issues, so he was social distancing. The employees didn’t care at all and yelled at him. Told him “don’t you take another step until you put on a mask” and were extremely rude and had no respect. We won’t be back*the point of this post is not about the mask. It’s about how rude the employees were. No one in customer service should ever be that rude or disrespectful
