Male pharmacist with accent has been rude every time I encounter him. He talks over you so much you can’t explain anything, is very short when you call to ask if a script is ready, and will even hang up on you before you’re done talking. I work at a clinic and he is also rude to medical staff who are just trying to treat patients. Definitely should consider hiring someone else or implementing disciplinary action.

Never again will I use this incompetent pharmacy. They couldn’t get our insurance info correct. In the process of trying to explain the insurance, the pharmacist couldn’t stop talking over me long enough to even get what was going on. I have never in my life dealt with a more rude pharmacist. This pharmacy is a complete joke.

Was just treated EXTREMELY negatively by the male Rep with a strong accent. He was very unhelpful and condescending. I would HIGHLY suggest moving him out of the CX service area. There is absolutely zero excuse to be made for him actions and verbiage.
