5 Star Service, I am in the Customer service industry and have worked many different areas in the field so I am VERY big on customer service. The girls and their manager were AMAZING. They made the entire experience so much fun and more enjoyable. I’ve been struggling with my self image and gained a little junk in the trunk for the Shutdown so the pant I originally bought online to pick up did not fit, but the manager ( i wish i could remember her name ) and the store girl exchanged them and helped me find another style that I fell in love with and helped me pick out an outfit. They went above their job description and I really appreciate it.

Normally when I go in I am greeted by a sweet girl who is working the store but recently when I have gone in to shop there I have seen another girl working. She watches me like she thinks I’m going to steal and make shopping there very intimidating. She follows me through the store and is generally condescending and acts like I’m going to steal from the store. It is very frustrating and makes me want to not shop there. I was the only person shopping there every time I have gone which makes it even more frustrating that they can’t treat a single patron well.

So Glad Found this Gem of a Store while shopping from home during Covid. They made it fun and successfull to find niche pieces for my wardrobe from home!!! Great online photos of there friends modeling in the clothes IN there store, not just stock photos. You get to really tell the look of what you are buying. They have LOTS fabulous designers that are hard to find. I love that they carried the full size range Im fit, but xl is my size so that was nice.
