We waited a really long time for our coffee (about 30 minutes) before finding out the machine was broken. But once the manager found out about the situation she offered us a different coffee and a free pastry. I appreciate the customer service, and them wanting to make the moment right. They were pretty fast other than that.

Cashiers very nice. I didn’t like the fact she open my food and put her hands on it. I know she did it to make sure it was right but the cooks should have put a tag on it. I don’t know where her hands have been.
