New self-storage and campground facility in Sealy, TX. We offer climate controlled units, non-climate controlled, and boat/RV storage. We offer indoor, covered, and outdoor storage for boats and vehicles. We also offer outdoor and indoor RV storage along with climate controlled or non-climate spaces for your household items. All this is alongside of our newly constructed RV Park which includes amenities such as a laundromat, common restroom with showers, convenience store, propane filling station, bbq pits, picnic tables, and more, all surrounding a large scenic pond.

We are traveling pulling a 42’ 5th wheel and had vehicle issues. Called them and the Asst Mgr immediately got us a site and arrived a short time later. Got all set up at our site and then checked in. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean park, and excellent laundry and bathroom/shower facilities. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area. I have my RV stored here and have also stayed more than once at their small, but very comfortable park. The employees are awesome. The storage and park rates are extremely competitive. The place is practically new as it was opened maybe a year ago. Highly recommend it.

I noticed most reviews left have been about the storage accommodations so thought I would tell about the campground. We are going on our 2nd month here and will probably be here an additional month visiting family in the Houston/Katy area. The campground is very well maintained and clean. Restrooms and laundry facilities are exceptional. The grounds are also exceptionally well kept and clean. We have fished and yes there are fish in the water :). The staff have been super nice and helpful, especially Renee. She has gone out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. Monthly rates here can’t be beat anywhere in this area for all that you get. Water, electric, sewage and free wifi. It is gated with security codes for everything and we have felt very safe here. With the exception of the noise on I-10 (which isn’t too bad for the convenience), I can’t say anything negative about this neat little campground.
