I brought my truck in because I had a nail stuck in the top tread of one of my tires. First, the service writer looked at my tire and told me my truck was all wheel drive (it’s 2 wheel drive) After we got that straight he told me the tire could not be repaired? He immediately wanted to sell me 2 new tires because they would wear evenly. I told him That I would buy one new tire and they could use my new spare (same tire make and model) tire so I wouldn’t have to buy 2 new tires. He kept on trying to sell me 2 new tires. I finally left and drove to another (locally owned tire shop and they repaired my tire no questions asked. I wont be back. The guy I dealt with lied to my face and tried to sell me something I did not want or need. I’m done Discount!!

I came in and bought 4 tires for my vehicle. The gentleman said it would be 20 mins been an 1 and 30 mins and still my car not done yet. Also I notice they went around giving people (white people)bottle water and the only 2 people that were not offer was my daughter and I.( I am Mexican and my daughter is mix with black. I will NEVER EVER come to this one again. So disappointed How I was treated.

The guys that work here are TOP NOTCH!!!!!! They ALL deserve a raise!!!! Customer service is unlike any other place that still exist. It’s like stepping into the 1950’s, where people love their job, love helping people and don’t take advantage. Yep, it’s like that every time I go there. Because of constant construction in SA, unfortunately I am a regular at this location. Because I constantly have flat tires. They are always awesome! And kind. They listen to me complain about the construction, my truck, my tires, whatever. They always help me find the best prices, if it’s something they can’t help take care of free of charge. They are always so fast too! I really love this location specifically. They deserve to be complimented. It’s worth the drive if you’re not located on this side of town. Don’t mind the construction 😉
