Went to pickup an online order around 7pm. They were clearly VERY busy but I was in and out in 15 minutes. The gentleman that assisted me was great. I could tell he was stressing from how busy it was but he never stopped being kind and attentive to not only myself but the other customers waiting to pick items up.

I came to fix a phone and they apple staff stated that it would be ready at 3:05 pm . After 25 mins now waiting outside the store I asked again and the person that was checking in said it is going to be a few more minutes or we can get your phone back to you broken as it is and then you will have to come back and fix it. Worst customer service experience, but when buying an apple product they don’t have the same attitude. I won’t recommend this store and this will be my last apple device that I will own.

The most horrific customer service I have ever received. I had an appointment at 6:20 PM, was at the store front by 6:15 PM and had to wait for 20 minutes to be called inside the store, which is absolutely ridiculous to begin with. A ton of employees were standing together and doing nothing, but people had to wait outside. Continuing to blame covid 19 for everything. GET A LIFE and stop referring to something that is no longer an issue, people do not have to wear masks if they don’t want to. This is TX, no mask mandates in this state, we all have a right to chose how to live our lives. Stop harrassing people and blaming covid, it is time to move forward. Apple needs to train their employees to be more attentive especially when clients come in to spent a lot of money in their stores. One of the supervisors in the store, not only had a demeaning attitude but also was rude and degrading. I am seriously looking to get a non-apple phone. There are much better phones out there, it is only a matter of being fed up with Apple and I am there.
