Recently went looking for a lightweight cordless vacuum. The woman here was so friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a Johnny Vac (that I’d Never heard of before) and I LOVE IT….even more than all the dysons I’ve had. The head maneuvers so easily! It picks up well and is so easy to clean and recharge. The Johnny Vac is my new favorite !!

I got a dud. The Panasonic UL429 was on sale and within three months it needs servicing. It stopped turning on.I don’t want a vacuum I have to unclog or fiddle with every time I use it. I have one carpeted room and one area rug. I was called by a female who said the problem was not under warranty, and I had somehow put too much stress on the vacuum with my carpet condition.On the receipt it clearly states All Sales Final. I’m out $270 and they want $20 to get it back after service. This was advertised as pet friendly. Yah, as a chew toy maybe. And they don’t accept returns. Beware!
