Today was my first visit at this location for my vaccine. Not only did I notice that the store was very clean, the staff was very friendly, especially Martha. It was very nice to see someone that genuinely cares about interacting with customers.

Don’t use this pharmacy!!!! Wow… so my doctors office notifies me that my prescription was sent. I show up the next day, told by the pharmacist Shiv, it was sent but they hadn’t filled it. Told to come back. I come back, in line waiting before they closed and just as I pull up, the second hand hit closing. Told I cannot receive my medication even though I was waiting in line, spoke with manager Samantha. Told she can do nothing as pharmacist Shiv is standing there watching me speak with her. Told to come back the next day, without my medication to file a complaint with Victoria. Which I will do.

This was a very poor experience. First I placed an online order for a photo book. Upon receiving my photo order is ready for pickup email confirmation I went to this location to get my photo book.Once there I noticed the Flu Shots sign and went to the pharmacy to get one. I provided all the required information, this is where it all started to go wrong. First there was no line and 5 pharmacy employees in the pharmacy. Unfortunately employee saturation did not expedite the process. I waited 28 minutes before I could not wait any longer. When I explained to the large pharmacy staff that I could not stay I was told that I would need to sign something before leaving.On my way out I stopped to pick up the photo book and was confronted by the cashier about there not being an order under my name. I provided the email confirmation and patiently waited while she searched for it. The cashier returned and said she found my order under some things. Unfortunately they did not have it ready in a book and explained if I wanted it in the book it would take awhile.I was very disappointed with the overall experience that occurred on September 9, 2020 @ 1:15 pm. There are so many areas of opportunity here, it was just terrible.
