I literally had to walk up to the counter for the guy to acknowledge me just to say, generically & as clichéd as ever How can I help you. (keep in mind that I was the only customer in the store at this time)As I explained to the sales associate that I needed a K&N high performance air filter for my 2020 Dodge Charger R/T. He looks it up on the computer & he proceeds to handing me a damaged box with the one I needed.Instead of offering a discount; he verbally stated That was the last one in stock while i paid full retail price. Please consider going on Amazon & order online to save & take your business elsewhere so they value your feedback & take you seriously.In short; they don’t deserve your time, attention & effort without considering the customer in this situation. The utmost satisfaction & excellent customer service across the board should be the ultimate goal when dealing with customers. Sufficive to say, this AutoZone failed to factor that in & facilitate without the prompt service to .
