The store is clean and well organized. Staff is courteous and polite. I like the self check out option. It did appear that many items were out of stock with many empty sections on shelves, but it could be that it was in the middle of getting restocked.

I am NO longer using this CVS r/t their poor customer service!Multiple attempts to communicate with staff!Poor management!It is THEIR job to assist the customer & guide the experience for a successful outcome.I would not even give them 1 star.Going to research using a different facility.There is always another way & I’m done with CVS Garth & Birdsong staff.

Hands down the best pharmacy in Baytown to picking up my prescriptions and going through my covid shot it was quick and fast. I especially wanna shout out the young lady Kate for helping me so much with all the questions I had and even with the things she didn’t have the answer found them. Very chipper and a smile not to forget! Awesome new staff on Garth I will be back.
