Rollie didn’t even try to fix our phone, just tried to talk us into a new one. He even said our phones were not eligible for trade-in because they were too old. That wasn’t true. SPRINT gave us half off on our new phones with trade-in! So disappointed in this store and in T-Mobile. Terrible first impression and terrible customer service!Called SPRINT directly, upgraded, and went to a different store to activate and buy our accessories!!After being with SPRINT for 24 years with excellent customer care, this was so disappointing!
