At Dice’s Diesel we are prompt, dependable and quality service is something you can count on. << This is a flat out LIE. I tried to get these guys out for a simple job, he promised next day at noon. Excuses about lining up his mechanic. Then it became the next morning, nothing, no show. He wont even answer his phone or reply to texts. I would NOT use this company as they have just proven that they dont care about you and will mislead you and leave you hanging.

Critical: Professionalism called and spoke with the owner in Van Horn, TX. Said he would have someone out to diagnose my truck. Mechanic never showed. Called and he told me mechanic would be there at 11 am, no show. told me 6p. no show. Finally had truck towed to Odessa for repair.
