We were driving to the east coast from Illinois and noticed at our last food stop that there was a metal piece hanging from the bottom of the car almost touching the street. We knew we had to get it fixed before getting back on the highway. We stopped at Mavis after visiting 3 other auto shops that turned us away stating they were too short staffed to even evaluate the problem.When we got to Mavis, Kevin was the first person who agreed to even look at the car. He squeezed us in to quickly take a look and empathized with how hard it could be to be stuck in an unfamiliar place with car problem. Within 20-30 minutes, they took a look at the car and fixed the problem. It was such a minor issue, Kevin did not even charge us for the service. 10/10 would recommend this place. They had great service, quickly fixed our issue, and were so kind and empathetic to our situation. Thank you Kevin and the Mavis team!

I just went to this place and worked with Kevin. I was having an issue with my vehicle making a creaking noise underneath. They took Care of me right away to find out what the problem was and gave me a quote. They were very professional, straight to the point. Didn’t try to sell me on anything that I didn’t need. I will definitely be back. If you want honest and good service go see this guy.
