Been using this place before they were an official garage. Attitudes have changed there. I went for a general inspection, was told I needed brakes and rotors. A job we do not mind maintaining on our vehicles ourselves. When I said that, he huffed back into the garage because I would not entertain a $400 price tag, front brakes, rotors, and possibly calipers, so Ron threw my wheel back on and twisted and stripped every single one of my lug nuts. Very unprofessional. It was like taking my truck to another shady business in town to replace shocks, and they sprayed water into my water pump area to replace that too. Not sure what changed over at Rob’s Riverside, but I will never take another of my vehicles there. Have some respect and appreciation for the customers that built YOU!
