I can’t say enough about this place! They have been taking care of my animals (2 dogs, 2 cats) since I have had them. They treat all of the animals as if they were their babies… And I love it! They have been there for me in all types of situations, and have always made me feel 10000% safe with my babies in their hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have used this vet clinic for most of my dog’s 14 years of life. My dog will be 15 in June and has had several medical issues over his years. Recently, he has had hip pain. The pain is so bad he will not put weight on his back legs and is not eating much at all. I called them first thing Monday morning asking for either a pain killer or an anti-inflammatory or both to help relieve his pain in hopes he would eat something. I called first thing Monday morning and the very RUDE and unprofessional woman answering the phones told me they had a temporary vet in the office that day and there was nothing they could do for me. Confused, I called back again asking if the temporary vet could look over the chart and offer some assistance to help my little baby with his pain. With attitude and no care at all, the front desk woman told me again there was a temporary vet and I would have to wait for the regular vet to come back to the office. What exactly was the point of having a temporary vet if that person would not help us? Gizmo, my dog, has had a long standing medical record with this vet. Everything that has or is in poor condition with Gizmo should be notated in the chart. I was and am livid with the fact that a vet office told me there was nothing they can do for my dog in pain, clearly in pain and not eating. I called back the next morning hoping to speak with the regular vet (who I have enjoyed over the years and have not had a problem with until now). I was again told rudely and in an extremely uncaring way by the front desk woman that the regular vet would call me when she had time after she saw her regular appointments. It is now Wednesday and I have YET to hear back from this vet. I am moving vets and our almost 14 year history will have to start over at another vet office because for some reason Saraland Vet Clinic will not return my call nor do they care to help my dog while he is in pain. I am so disappointed by these recent actions and furthermore, the woman answering the phone calls should absolutely not be in a position such a customer service. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and the fact that my dog does not seem to be a concern of this office any longer is why I now have to find a new vet.
