These bad reviews on here are a total joke, and the issue was probably those customers! I have been shopping here for YEARS, and I have never had one bad experience. The customer service is awesome, and the staff is so friendly. The managers are awesome and will help you with any of your problems, I don’t know their names or else I would list them, but they have been there for as long as i have been shopping there (2-3 years). I will continue to shop here at the longview store because it is amazing. Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this store is awesome!! I feel so bad they have to deal with these horrible people leaving reviews like the ones below lol.

This place is a JOKE!!!! One of the managers there is absolutely terrible!! So rude, absolutely no personality What. So. Ever! We had received a gift that was a awesome little girls coat. The only issue was it was just to small. We just wanted to exchange it for another size. Of course they didn’t have the correct size in stock no big deal, we will just get a gift card and order it online, right? WRONG!!! The lady with the great social skills begins to tell me that they couldn’t do that. So I said ok we’ll get a few things in store and pay the difference. She says we can’t do that either!!! She tells me that if you return one item it HAS to be the exact amount for one item you get. For instance, the coat we took back was $44.95. In order for me to return that jacket I would have to find an item in the store that was exactly $44.95. If it was $44.98 it wouldn’t work!!!! Well guess what, nothing in that store equaled $44.95, and I’ve got a coat that’s to small for my little girl. What a joke of a company!!! Compete garage. Don’t waste your money.

This store is great and so are the staff. We have always been treated with respect and a smile. Returning items purchased online has been painless and quick. My daughter loves to shop the sales and has aquired a large amount of Children Place clothing, especially the skater dresses, which she loves. …. Sadly, the credit card has horrible customer service. The credit card took payment from my sister and myself but failed to record it in their files. Our local store has been helping us call and protest, but the credit company, Comenity Bank, just keeps running us all into circles. Such an amazing product and store to be linked to this credit company. I’ll remain loyal to Children’s Place, but not Comenity Bank.
