I am highly dissatisfied with FedEx. I ordered a pack & play for my son and FedEx was suppose to deliever it on 4/9. It did not get delivered until 4/20 for no good reason as to why they never attempted to deliver my package! I called several days and nobody could tell me what the problem was. When the box finally arrived at my front door the FedEx man never even attempted to knock or ring the doorbell to notify me that he was dropping it off. When I opened the door and seen my package, I understood why he ran off so quickly as I would have been embarrassed too about the shape it was in. The box was open and tore up. I am unsure if the product is damaged or not just yet as I have not taken the item out to inspect. FedEx was also suppose to contact me to follow up on the status of my package but I never received a call back. Very unprofessional!!!!

FedEx on more than one occassion has held my packages for days and another time for a week where I had to open a case. Yesterday they had another package on the truck but refuse to deliver because of the virus so I will give them a break. In any case UPS just delivered to me yesterday while an hour later FedEx drove by. I say go UPS. Stay away from FedEx if you can.
