Inside the Arnot Mall. The staff trys to be helpful when we have issues or get new phone. I am not necessarily confident of there abilities as I’ve had to help them a few times. The one (blonde) girl who has been there for a while is very rude, not helpful, insulted my wife at one visit, and if she smiles it’s because someone must have just kicked a dog! HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely horrible. There were 3 male employees behind the counter. I was after a hotspot for my son for school. They all proceeded to argue about the functionality of the hotspot. Once their argument was over I was speechless for a moment. Then, I was asked for my phone number very rudely. WOW! At that point I threw up my hands and said, “you know what? Never mind”. To call that experience “painful” would be putting it mildly. Maybe some customer service training would help?
