I really can’t say enough about the great customer service these guys have! First off, I’m so excited that Pecos has CTG express, it’s so convenient and I don’t have to drive the one hour to Odessa or three hours to El Paso. I called over the phone to inquire on price, the person who answered was knowledgeable on cost and wait time. When I got there, my car was taken care of right away and they did an excellent job on my oil change and cabin air filter change too. Everyone was friendly and professional. They also have a nice comfortable and cool waiting area to keep out of the sun and heat. I will absolutely be going here again. Thank you for the awesome service.

I mean the people who attend you are always in such a good mood and very kind. I only went to change the oil and the outside filter and one of the employees said the filter looked good and showed me, i was sure it looked good he went ahead and put it back in. I got to sign the invoice and left, you aren’t supposed to feel like having to double check an invoice I am well aware that you can get mixed up but I was the only one there getting service. I was charged to refill the wiper fluid, with outside and cabin filter replaced and overall like 60$ charged extra for services i did not get and I well told the assistant i only needed oil change and outside filter. Thankfully I did not pay the bill, it was a company truck and I could not come back since I was on working hours but I think its very unnecessary for them to be charging services they did not work for. I did not come to tell them for the fact that I was being rushed at work and for the fact that they need to know how and what to charge, truthfully I would not bring my truck to get service here at all.
