Yes, I have always enjoyed T-Mobile as a service. I am an 11 year customer. However, I will change on principle if T-Mobile ever tries to enforce the $20 fee they have for the privilege of selling me something. If you are sold something in a store or on the phone with a live person, they are supposed to charge you $20 because I did not use the website. After all, if I am giving you my money face-to-face, you should take the opportunity to charge me for it.

This employees here should learn good customer service. They weren’t friendly at all. They didn’t even say hello or ask what we needed help with. As soon as we walked in the lady rudely told us to where a mask, we told her we didn’t have one, she handed me a box of masks and walked away. We sat in the store 20 minutes waiting for someone to help and not one employee spoke to us. The only time we were spoken to was when we were walking in and it was about the mask. There was 2 customers in the store, ridiculous that someone couldn’t even say “give us a second” or “we will be right with you.” The lady who worked there just sat at a table laughing and taking with someone else. Definitely won’t ever come back here. Horrible customer service!
