Customer service here is excellent. I received many quotes for my print job, but this UPS had the best price, the were quick to respond and completed my complex print job quickly and accurately. I have used them for shipping as well and they have been excellent.

If I could give zero stars that would be an option. I have never seen such incompetent customer service until I came into this store. I’ve been back and forth with this store for several days referencing a package. Every worker including the Manager ( Hatim Amiji) brushed it off like it wasn’t a concern. I have reached out on phone, to be placed on hold for 30 minutes, called from another number and was hung up on. USPS did an investigation to show that the package was delivered and accepted. When the package was delivered the worker advised the office was closed ( you were open) the USPS scanned all packages into the system and VERIFIED accepted by one of the workers. (Tracking number was verified as well). Came into store workers sitting on top of a desk, one leaning over on her cell phone. One pet peeve of mine is Customer Service, that is how your business grow. I will file a BBB complaint.
