Max and Grant are the two best Trek specialists I’ve ever worked with. I went to different locations hunting down a bike and found the right one for me. I’m now looking at upgrading and they have been extremely helpful in finding a full suspension bike that’s going to fit my riding style and sustain performance even when I’m riding aggressively on trail. Can’t thank them enough for the continued advice and support. Looking forward to getting my upgrade soon and continuing to improve on the trails.

The people here are so friendly! I took my bike in for general maintenance and fix some parts that were worn or getting rusted. In general I was fairly happy with their work apart from the brakes. The brakes weren’t aligned quite right and ended up screaming the first time I used them which took me off guard. I had to get these realigned. My other complaint is the hours are so limited. I ended up having to take half of a day off from work so I could pick my bike up.

I need more stars for this review. I came to town for Duathlon Nationals, and brought my bike in for a once over the afternoon before the race. Max noticed that my cassette wasn’t engaging to the hub on my Zipp wheel because a part was missing. He spent hours searching/calling everywhere trying to find either the part or any wheel that would work so I could do the race (proprietary part plus rim brake wheel made is why this was so difficult). Some creative thinking involving a friend’s bike that might have a workable wheel finally got me a bike I could use for the race, just as I was about to start sobbing in the middle of the store. I did both the standard and sprint races the next day (podium!) and stopped by the store to swap the wheels back. Max and his coworkers were patient and wonderful and I love them.
