Stopped and got the we can’t help you because we aren’t a (corporate) Verizon after waiting 20 minutes to be helped. Better off going to different store that can handle verizon based needs. Also charges additional fee to purchase a phone for same reason. Not a Corporate Verizon

The wait wasn’t long with two other people in front of me. Had a screen protector replaced. The retailer was very nice and had good conversation about different apple products. Definitely was pleased with my visit.
