My wife and I have been doing business with em for 2yrs & have been making biweekly payments for over a yr now a 55in 4k tv & ps4 both of which we just payed off and we never missed a payment aka ideal customers and we decided to get a new bed.. It was supposed to been here Fri between 1-3 & finally we called em at 430 & he said he’d made a mistake and scheduled our delivery for Saturday between 3-5 ok mistakes happen I’m not difficult so Saturday rolls around and we call at 330 just wondering the eta and he said they were a bit behind but it was 100% getting delivered sat even said i give u my word… Well here it is Monday and we’ve still not seen or heard a word from em… They didnt even give a curtiosy call to let us know they weren’t gonna make it… We got rid of the old bed Friday so i hate to say it but this is the most unprofessional company ive ever dealt with and WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH AGAIN

If I could give this company 0 or negative stars, I would. The manager – Dex – is extremely unprofessional and rude beyond belief. I will be sure to call home office on him, and tell them how he likes to talk to potential customers and even strangers on the phone. When a person is calling in regards to business, A MANAGER should never be as hateful as he is to them. Won’t be referring anyone to this establishment.

My daughter was renting from them and couldn’t afford it anymore due to Covid-19. They’ve told them to come get it all but they’ve refused and are still charging them(automatic payments). They can come out and ask why payment isn’t paid On time but they can’t pick up? Isn’t this illegal?
