First off, I am not reviewing Sprint, but rather THIS PARTICULAR STORE. I have nothing against Sprint as a whole, they have competitive rates, plans, and Data Speeds.I live on the outskirts of Sprints Service in a rural area and for several years have used Sprints Mobile Hotspots for my Data needs with no issues other the batteries eventually going bad from continued usage.So I went to THIS store to replace the last device in which the battery stopped charging. THEY told me my ONLY option for upgrade was Sprint’s new “Coolpad Surf” and 05/26/2019 I purchased one. Upon returning home I found the CoolPad’s internal Antenna is junk and with no external ports I was stuck with a device that when it would connect didn’t download faster then 1mbps!So I returned to THIS store and was told to Order a Magic Box which I received later and didn’t help. All June i’m basically not able to use my Data on this line. Then July I get on the Website to see any other Options and there is a New MiFi8000 available AND a Franklin! (“No other options?”) I ordered the MiFi8000 but was forced to pay IN FULL for the Coolpad Surf Paperweight.I’m now averaging about 18mbps downloads and have even hit 28mbps on a Mobile Hotspot where the Coolpad couldn’t break 1mbps!Sprint I guess realizing I wasn’t using the Magic Box sent a Box for me to return it, but the top got torn when opening so I thought I’d just drop off in store and also see if I could return the Coolpad.I get in Store and the Check in has nothing for Returns or Talk to associate or Other so I just clicked a random Option basically, which I guess was a mistake because I sat there while 3 people checked in AFTER me got waited on and when I asked why? Later I was told the one was something quick so he thought he’d just knock that out.I was NOT able to return the Magic Box because they said I needed to return it since they sent a box.I was not able to even get a Credit to my account for the Garbage THEY told me was my ONLY option and sold me, because it took more then 60days for ME to find a solution to get back to my Original great Sprint Data Speeds.So because THIS STORES Sales Representatives i’m out Money, Time, and feel emotionally distressed over the whole situation.There are several OTHER Sprint stores in the BCS area I highly suggest ANY of those, because I care for others well being.(Oh, Andre you do go to THIS Store don’t let them sell you the Coolpad!)
