The worst phone company in the USA they steal money from people they sell 3 rate phones so that they can make you buy a new one i have had this phone for 3 months. It will have full signal and you still can’t make call text or internet. The a21 is garbage the people who work here make false claims and will lie to you

One person who works there, Tyler, is consistently knowledgeable, competent and helpful.Metro PCS needs to get them a better location , though, no one would know, from where the store is located, how pleasant and modern the store looks inside.
