First time using services with Spectrum and this location was very helpful. I was able to fill out a reservation easy online. Maria and Carmen helped me out with the picking up the equipment I ordered and informed me the instructions on setting it up. Very pleased with the service!

The four stars is for the actual store. Not for ANY of the staff working there who, everyone I came in contact with were polite, friendly, helpful and professional. The fact that the store located in the Market Heights plaza in Harker Heights is for new customers only is why the 4 stars. Seems like once they have you signed up, they dont care about you any longer. Again, NOT the staff in the store..I’m talking about Spectrum.The two technicians I’ve had recently come out to the house (Christopher the first time and just yesterday Jesse) where two of the friendliest and most knowledgeable guys I’ve met from either time Warner or spectrum. Since I bought my house alittle over 10 years ago I’ve had weak signals on both my cable and internet. I asked Time Warner over and over again to change the cable running from the tap to the house and always heard that’s probably not the problem or I dont have enough cable or I’m not authorized. Really guys? I didnt ask Christopher because I was waiting on a new router at the time. I DIDNT HAVE TO ASK Jesse to replace it..he just replaced it. And guess what..my internet is off the charts with this new modem!I would give these two guys 5STARS all day long!THANKS GUYS!!

Love the new spot, the staff is very friendly; however with the addition of spectrum mobile, it takes a long time. I think it would be better if they hired a couple of people to just turn in and exchange equipment. All I needed was a remote control change.
