Great sound. Over I like performance and comfort. I just got mine last week and been using the blue tooth as well as the gaming wireless ability. The manufacturer is local and saw many great reviews so decided to try them over the steel series but the one thing I can not stand is that it pops randomly often. Especially for the price.

Everybody knows Audeze makes amazing headphones. In my opinion when it comes to sound quality possibly the best. Yes they’re heavy, but with their latest suspension headbands this is not a problem at all for me anymore.What not everybody knows, is their customer service being beyond amazing. I literally never experienced something like this, hence this review.I’ve bought a pair of Audeze LCD-XC (Barton Pereirra) on the used market. Unfortunately the left driver had a crinkling sound that was not acceptable to me. I know a light crinkling sound can be expected, because of air pressure and the way Audeze builds their planar drivers.After going through the stuff in the original box I found the original invoice from 2016 and I contacted the customer support as I read online they provide 3 years warranty on their drivers. After getting a really quick response, Chris told me that he’d be happy to replace the drivers for me under warranty. But it could take up to a few weeks which was fine to me.Shortly after I posted the headphones, Chris contacted me they received the headphones and would let me know when they were back on their way to me. At this moment I told Chris I was also struggling a bit with the old ear pads as my left ear was touching the driver and asked him to replace the ear pads for the new leather free pads.Again I got a fast reply and to my surprise, he told me they would replace the ear pads for free! I didn’t expect this at all.I got the headphones back today and they’re like new! I didn’t even have to pay for the return postage.This amazing customer service made me decide to sell my Hifiman HE-1000 V2 and buy Audeze’s flagship, the LCD-4.
Totally Under Control
Although their factory isn’t setup for visitors, they were gracious enough to let me take home headphones I bought from them.
