My experience was great up until I realized I was lied to! Lovely check in experience for my macbook repair, and then was told it would be ready by a certain day in writing. Day comes that’s it’s supposed to be ready for pick up and they need an extra 5 days! Lack of communication across all aspects of this business. They definitely are Cali people working – taking their sweet time to do a repair with a $15 part!

This store is very large, and it is always SUPER crowded. Due to coronavirus, they have a limited capacity, and many people are waiting in line in front of the store. The personnel is helpful, though, but as always everything is overpriced.

Last week I came to get my phone fixed because it kept turning off (into restore/recovery mode) the guy that help me said I needed to upgrade my iCloud storage, so I did just that. He didn’t check or run any test of my phone to try to figure out the real problem, So yesterday working on a project on my phone it turns off again I wasn’t able to back up anything or try to use laptop to get it. So basically lost mostly everything!!! If the job was done right the first time there wouldn’t be any issues! and they definitely had the I don’t care attitude!
