I called for a specific product, black rabbit ears, and they said they had 10 in stock. Elizabeth, the worker, said she would put a pair aside for me when I asked. I drove about 45 minutes to get there to find out that she didn’t put aside anything and to find out that they didn’t have any in stock. I drove all the way back home empty handed. The rest of the store was nice and plenty full of other items just not the one I was told they had.

Extremely over priced for items that are paper thin and cheaply made. Lots of party favors but definitely not a costume store. Staff is very friendly, just not very knowledgeable. Huge balloon selection.
