so after 2 weeks of trying to get a chain saw at ACE finally some one was able to help me, a week before they told me because of the holidays they did not get a shipment, so today I went and the supervisor did not helped me at all, because of the supervisor I would give ACE a negative 5 star rating, but since I wanted a MS 211 chain saw I asked again to a different person and he guide me to two of the best employees witch is Arthur and Kenny they were able to go more then a mile for me, I asked alot of questions and Arthur patiently answered all the questions, Kenny jumped and went to see what they had in back and they found it, just because of them I will give you guys a 10 ten stars , best customer service I have had for a while.Arthur and Kenny keep up the good work, it was a good sale experience
