Stopped by 2 t-mobile stores in Sunnyvale and the first one didn’t want to work too much overtime so they couldn’t help me with my upgrade. The second store was happy to help even though I arrived 5 minutes before closing..4 stars because I was able to execute my transaction, would’ve been a 5 if I didn’t have to travel to another store.

Unfortunately, I am stuck with a phone from Sprint. This is probably one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made and I regret it deeply. The deal is great and that is how they get you. Apart from being once of the worst service providers, (reception is the worst, I literally get disconnected everywhere I go sometimes I get disconnected from my house when I’m sitting near a window on a call) this location has bad customer service. If you are lucky, you might run into one of their 2 employees who actually help you. I have made several trips to this store location and I am more disappointed and regretful every time. Today they were closed when I came to pay my bill, it was 6:50pm, their posted hours say open from 10-8. I waited outside for a while and after about 5 minutes someone came out of the back, made eye contact with me, threw their hoodie on and started dancing. That sounds funny and maybe it was to the guy who started dancing, not for me. Ultimately, I strongly suggest you stay clear Sprint, and if you can’t then stay away from this location. You’ll be made to feel like a fool and not be able to call anyone about it because you’ll have 0 bars of reception. If you end up at the location of the picture below, do not walk in. You’ll regret it.

Three things: (1) ask for Sterling! He is cool, a nice guy and really knows what he is doing – he solved my phone problem and got me moving in 10 minutes… Also, (2) this Sunnyvale Sprint site has an Amazon Locker, it’s only half the distance from my place than the UPS store, very convenient! (3) Right next to Trader Joe’s, perfect location. Thumbs Up.
