Beyond terrible customer service. Just absolutely stunning how bad they are; I understand that this is a hard job but the staff was actively ignoring me and sighed at my simple request to print color copies from their better printer behind the counter.

Very horrible customer service. Always a long line. I waited for 20 minutes just to have someone scan my code for a return. I had to beg her to just scan the thing like three times and she could barely log into the computer. The only person working was in training and had no idea what she was doing. Her manager was on break and he wouldn’t come help even though there was a huge line and the girl was in training and literally had no idea what she was doing. Do not go here. I received a receipt for 1 item even though I dropped of like 10 items. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic.
