Safe! Friendly! Efficient! I used to go to another local mail place but they were not wearing masks when I tried to go there last time and said they weren’t going to do so because they were not sick. I don’t feel safe to enter my usual mail place during a pandemic so I wanted to find another small local business to use. I needed to send holiday packages to mom (we’re not traveling because of COVID). This is my first time using Coastal Postal and I was very impressed. They were all wearing masks, had a system set up at the doorway so you don’t even have to enter the building, and they were so friendly and helpful. I hope we all get through this crazy, terrible year without too much more damage to our health and relationships. In the meantime, I’ll continue using Coastal Postal for my shipping needs.

Their service is the very best. They are always very pleasant and helpful and speedy. We go there for nearly all our postal needs. Plus, they are always giving us options to reduce our costs and remind us of things we may need but haven’t considered.

Justin assisted me with shipping two phones this AM. He is one super rad, friendly, and helpful person. I’ve been here before and had help from him, but during this pandemic, his personalized service was truly above and beyond phenomenal. I had no flat rate boxes or labels and he seriously took care of everything with options for me to choose along the way. He knows what he is doing.
