I happened to stop here because I really needed an oil change late in the day on a weekday, before a long road trip, and they were the only shop close and open late today. Without an appointment I was expecting to be turned away, or at best, being told half an hour, not calling for a ride, and then sitting there for three hours. But I was helped by a gentleman named Danny, and he’s awesome. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, I was in and out quick, and in the time he told me! The price was reasonable, too. Probably my new oil change spot, glad I stumbled on this shop.

My boyfriend and I went to go get new tires put on his car. We dropped the car off at 10am. My boyfriend normally does his own tires but he didn’t have the time to and needed his car back because he got a flat so he wasn’t able to drive it at all. We waited for the call to come and pick up his car and it takes 4 hours. They tell us they’re just pulling it in, mind you all he said was he wanted the front tires replaced. We walk in and they have the hood open. We asked why they say it’s a company policy so we let it go. We sit there for an HOUR AND A HALF to change two tires. We get the receipt and it’s $300. They say that he asked for his batterie checked, shocks checked, and his brakes checked when he never asked for any of that. And in the beginning they kept trying to up charge him for things he didn’t need done. And ON TOP OF THAT they didn’t even balance the tires correctly, so he had what you call the “death wobble” when your steering wheel shakes uncontrollably. Which is not safe what so ever. The tires were so unbalanced that they were 3 oz off. They absolutely disgusting and all they care about is money. 100% would never recommend.
