Now mailbox prices are going up…best reason ever to take my business elsewhere. I have had a mailbox at this location for a long time and hesitated to change stores, only because of the hassle involved in changing my address. This used to be a pleasant location, but for the past few years (even pre-COVID) the staff have become rude, surly and completely disinterested in providing good customer service. They behave as though they are doing me a favor giving me my packages (a service I already pay several hundred dollars a year for)!! Seriously??!! You are in a customer service business!! Bye-bye!!

Excellent Location! Justin the owner and his staff have a wealth of knowledge, as well as great customer service. Shipping stuff can be hard, this UPS store located in the Del Mar Highlands Shopping Center makes it a breeze.

The older woman who works here is EVIL. I have never met someone ruder in customer service. Please stop acting like ur doing ME a favor by retrieving my packages. If i could do it myself to avoid interacting with their staff I WOULD. UPS corp needs to take action. If you are one of the unlucky few to have a box at this location (like myself) my heart goes out to u. Moral of the story this place is hell on earth.
