This location provides legendary customer service! Despite there being a line formed both times I visited, I was in and out in 5 mins. The associates show they care about your experience by making sure to support you in all the ways they can. One associate, Marcus, blew me away with the service he provided! He took his time with me while working efficiently. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t overpay and was a joy to interact with! Thank you all so much for putting the humanity in the shipping industry!

Called to inquire about freight packaging and the first question the women on the phone asked me if I was the same customer who called earlier. I politely answered that I’m not, I guess they don’t have caller ID to see who’s calling. That was my first time ever calling that store living in the WeHo area. She seemed to have an attitude and I’m not sure what happened with that call but when she gave me to her manager he was asked what I would be shipping and I advised a bed frame. He also answered the phone with an attitude asked if it could be taken apart and stated it would cost me hundreds, and hundreds of dollars as if I wouldn’t already assume that but still willing to pay the price. He never asked me where I was shipping it to or for what date. He clearly wasn’t trying to assist me in possibly scheduling or shipping anything. They need to be taught on how properly assist a customer /keys to great customer service. I understand having a bad call or bad day but it doesn’t give you the right to speak to the next person anyone any type of way.
